"I've been with State Farm for a long time and have always had great experiences with different agents and their office staff. For example, the team at Ryan Walkers office in Bend are amazing, very professional and friendly. However, Megan seems to be completely incompetent, and on top of that they are rude and unwilling to help when they make mistakes on policy changes. If dealing with this office, I recommend speaking directly with Mark Larson or Terra to get good help!"

"I had a car accident back on 6/19/23 and the person at fault had an insurance company that would not respond back to be so i could get the process going. I notified Jessi Studebaker and she helped me get hooked up with State Farms Claims department and they took over for me. Jessi is always so helpful and willing to take the extra step for customer satisfaction. I have been with Mark Larson for over 30 years and his teams customer service is why I am still with State Farm. I'm looking forward to getting my deductible back and rental car expenses once State Farm settles with the other Insurance Company. Thanks Jessi for being there for me during this stressful time.
